There is a constant chant, a harrowing lament
A dissonant song that echoes between the structures
Even from the depths, I can feel vibration
A disturbing, incessant and oppressive chorus
And then I saw Them, the pale walkers
With Their black eyes, They are constantly looking
Where the danger is, the origin of Their terror
Every single cell is afraid of dying, always

The howls of the wounded wolf
The cries of the grieving crow
A scorpion in a ring of fire
Condemned to eternal pain

There is no easy way to save Them from this
I have to act with deception and then with force
Bring one of Them to my place in the underground
Remembering the words of the ancient being
What has been said in the depths of the Abyss
Interpret His non-human transcendental words
He spoke of a dance among the elements
A song of atoms in disharmony between them
